Take the steaks, one by one, and place them on a plate. Individually season and tenderize each one with a meat tenderizer as you go.
- Start by adding on your garlic powder, onion powder, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, and Jimmie's Chuckwagon Seasoning.
- Once, they are seasoned and tenderized on both sides, put them in a ziplock bag, and add in the white wine vinegar and the Worcestershire sauce.
- Seal the bag and let the steaks marinate in the seasonings and sauces for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- After they are done marinating, take them out of the refrigerator, and put them on a hot grill.
- Allow them to cook until they are anywhere from rare to well done, depending on the consumer's preference, and enjoy !
