Instructions

Take the steaks, one by one, and place them on a plate. Individually season and tenderize each one with a meat tenderizer as you go.

Start by adding on your garlic powder, onion powder, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, and Jimmie's Chuckwagon Seasoning.

Once, they are seasoned and tenderized on both sides, put them in a ziplock bag, and add in the white wine vinegar and the Worcestershire sauce.

Seal the bag and let the steaks marinate in the seasonings and sauces for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

After they are done marinating, take them out of the refrigerator, and put them on a hot grill.

Allow them to cook until they are anywhere from rare to well done, depending on the consumer's preference, and enjoy !
