Instructions
-
Begin by putting the pizza dough on a flat surface, and season it with garlic salt.
-
Flatten the seasoned crust onto a pizza stone or an oven safe pan.
- Preheat you oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Place the seasoned crust into the oven for approximately six minuets, or until the crust is lightly golden.
-
While the crust is cooking, put the turkey meat into a pan.
- Begin seasoning the meat.
- Start by adding garlic salt.
- Then, add in the onion powder.
- Followed by Jimmie's Chuckwagon seasoning.
- Then, mix it all together.
-
Once you've mixed in all of the seasonings, begin by heating the meat over high heat and cooking it until it's a light brown.
- Be sure to stir the meat periodically.
- Take the pizza crust out of the oven.
-
Using a spoon, spoon out between two to five spoonfuls of tomato sauce onto the crust, and spread it around with the back of the spoon.
-
Once you have an even coating, you're ready for the cheese.
-
Add an even layer of cheddar and mozzarella cheese across the surface of the pizza.
- Once you have put on the cheese and the tomato sauce, you can put the pizza back into the oven.
-
Take the pizza out of the oven, and add on some meat as well as some more cheese.
-
Once you have the surface of the pizza just the way you want it, it's time for it to go back into the oven for another 10 more minutes, or until the crust is a golden brown and all of the cheese is evenly melted.
- Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven.
-
Melt one to two teaspoons of butter in a Pyrex cup with a little bit of garlic salt and spread this, using a silicon brush, on the crust of the pizza.
-
Enjoy!
