Instructions

Put your beef stew meat in a pan on the stove top over high heat.

Add in all your seasoning ( 1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, 1 tsp. Garlic Salt, 1 tsp. Onion Powder, 1 tsp. Jimmie's Chuck Wagon Seasoning. )

Drain meat in colander and put back in pan when it has been cooked thouroughly.

Boil three cups of water in a sauce pan over high heat.

Add in three cups of rice whenever the water starts to boil, and remove from heat.

Cover your rice with a lid to allow the water to soak up.

Grab your eight eggs and a sauce pan and scramble them.

Add in your scrambled eggs, rice, and cooked beef stew meat and stir in all together.
