Texas Style Beef, Egg, and Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Onion Powder
  • tsp Jimmie's Chuck Wagon Seasoning
  • 3 cup White Rice
  • 3 cup Water
  • Beef Stew Meat
  • tsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
  • 8 Eggs
Instructions
  1. Put your beef stew meat in a pan on the stove top over high heat.
  2. Add in all your seasoning ( 1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, 1 tsp. Garlic Salt, 1 tsp. Onion Powder, 1 tsp. Jimmie's Chuck Wagon Seasoning. )
  3. Drain meat in colander and put back in pan when it has been cooked thouroughly.
  4. Boil three cups of water in a sauce pan over high heat.
  5. Add in three cups of rice whenever the water starts to boil, and remove from heat.
  6. Cover your rice with a lid to allow the water to soak up.
  7. Grab your eight eggs and a sauce pan and scramble them.
  8. Add in your scrambled eggs, rice, and cooked beef stew meat and stir in all together.
  9. Let cool and enjoy.
