Homemade Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 cup Water
  • 3-4 Large Red Potatoes
  • 1 stick Butter
Instructions
  1. Wash, peel, and chop your potatoes.
  2. Fill a sauce pan with there cups of water of just enough water to cover the surface of the potatoes.
  3. Bring the water to a boil add in your chopped potatoes.
  4. Once the potatoes become soft and it is easy to stick a fork in them, add in one stick of butter.
  5. Add in milk until it stops boiling.
  6. Add in one tsp. of salt and one tsp. of black pepper.
  7. Stir everything together thoroughly.
  8. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
  9. Mix approximately 1/4 cup of flour with 1/3 cup of milk and make a mixture of smooth consistency.
  10. Add the milk and flour mixture to your potatoes and stir together.
  11. Let cool and enjoy.
