Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Fill up a large sauce pan halfway with water, put it on the stove top ,and put on high heat to bring it to a boil.
-
Take the biscuits out of their can, and put them into an oven safe ceramic or glass dish.
-
Tear the biscuits up into small pieces and spread them out in the bottom of the dish.
-
Fill up a measuring cup with one cup of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
-
Add the shredded cheese with the torn up biscuit pieces. and then mix them all together.
-
Proceed to press down the dough and cheese into the bottom of the pan and then pop it into the oven for 8-10 minuets for it to cook a little, but not all the way.
-
Once the water has started boiling, add three cups of dry noodles.
-
Keep the noodles stirred to avoid any noodles sticking on the bottom, and keep boiling the noodles until they are completely soft, or for about 11 minutes.
-
Once the noodles have completed boiling, you can either leave the water to mix with the cheese and sauce, or if you want to use milk and butter, it will make the noodles creamier.
-
You can just drain the noodles in a colander before putting them back into the pan to mix with the other ingredients.
-
Once you put the noodles back into the pan, pour 1/2 of the Prego Homestyle Alfredo sauce into the pan as well as 1/2 a
block of original Velveeta cheese sliced up into small pieces so that you can mix easily.
-
Stir all of the ingredients together thoroughly until everything is mixed well and has an even consistency throughout.
-
Pour the Alfredo sauce, cheese, and noodle mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
-
Once the mixture is spread out evenly across the surface it is ready to go into the oven for 18-20 minuets.
-
Allow it to cook until it is visibly golden on the surface and you can tell the underlying dough has risen, you can top it with shredded cheese when it's almost ready to make an optional cheesy top layer.
-
Enjoy!
