Instructions

Begin by washing off all of your sweet potatoes.

Place them in the middle of a non-stick tin foil sheet.

Proceed to pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil on the top of each one.

Then, wrap each of them up individually, and place them aside to get ready to bake.

Put each wrapped up sweet potato onto a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then, put the sweet potatoes to bake for 45 minutes to an hour.

Take the potatoes out of the oven, and open them up.

Put the sweet potato on a plate then, using a knife cut vertically down the middle of the sweet potato.

Peel back the skin to reveal the orange flesh below.

Once you have done this, begin putting on the brown sugar and just lightly mix this in with the rest of the potato.

You will use aproximently one tablespoon of brown sugar per sweet potato ,and about 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon per potato.

Lightly sprinkle on the cinnamon.

Then, proceed to put in one slice of butter. You will use approximately 1 tablespoon per potato.
